Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

The minute you hit the "cancel my subscription" within the 7-day free trial, your account will end with no charges. If you don't cancel before the 7 days are finished, you will be charged for the full month at $19.99. Your subscription will be canceled after that month is over.

Late or missing refunds

Section 3

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@bestglobalai.com.
